Alloys

Everlast Aluminium sheets are available in different alloys AA 3105, AA3003, AA8011. Supply in other like AA5052 can be made on request.

Thickness

Everlast Aluminium sheets are available in thickness varying from 0.30mm to 1.22mm.

Finish

Everlast Aluminium sheets are available in Mill finish Stucco Finish Colour coated can be provided on request.

Length

Between 1500mm to 6500mm. Other lengths may be provided on request.

LAYING AND FIXING

Drill through the crown of the corrugation and fix it to the purlin with aluminium / stainless steel fasteners. fasteners should be done at 3 pitch centre-to-centre for circular corrugated sheets, at 2 pitch centre-to-centre for troughed sheets and ribbed sheets. Every lap should be stiched along the length of the sheet with stitch bolts at maximum 300 mm centre-to-centre. Curved /Flat aluminium washers along with bituminious felt/neoprene or rubber washers are also recommended to be used with fastners and stitch bolts. Avoid direct contact with other building materials such as timber, Portland cement, iron,steel, copper etc. A protective paint or isolation tape is recommended to avoid direct dissimilar material contact. RCC / Steel / timber purlins maybe used. These, however, must be painted with two coats of Aluminium paint preceded by a coat of primer before installation of the sheet.
