We offer our clients pure Chilli Powder, which is an essential ingredient used in most of the Indian dishes. Mostly used in powdered form, Chilly Powder is used for making pickles, chutneys, sauces, and various other seasonings. We obtain chilies directly from farms, and then sun dry these till the chillies become crisp. Thereafter, the dried chilies are grinded in 3-step process into fine powder. Depending upon the desired color and pungency required, one or two varieties of dried chilies are pulverized.
