There is more number of leafy branches per plant which is the result of our high quality seeds. The coriander leaves are shiny green in color and exudes pleasant aroma. The leaves are resistant to wilt and can be cultivated in all seasons.
It takes around 110-120 days for the crops to get ready for harvest and the Red Pumpkin–Amar Kesar so grown are of saffron color, semi round with 8-12 ridges. The red pumpkin being fibreless is widely in demand in the market. These have a shelf life of 4-6 months and are easy to harvest & transport. It is conducive to cultivate them all the year round.
The seeds used for growing high quality chilies are of high-yielding variety and makes the harvesting possible within 70-75 days of transplanting. The fruit is attractive, parrot green in color, semi wrinkled and 4-4.5 inches in length. Chilli–Amar Sai is resistant to wilt & viral diseases and also has excellent keeping quality and medium pungency. It is suitable for cultivation during all seasons.
