Hair Cracks:
Eggs that have a thin shell and that show thin hair cracks are discarded. We reject them as they can be damaged easily during transport, causing the egg to spill and spoil other eggs as well.

Once leveling and cleaning are completed; The eggs are loaded onto chemical pulp trays. These trays are waterproof and have a storage capacity of 30 eggs per tray. These trays are then put on the machines to code the eggs, to print the production and expiration date on each egg. Food grade ink in different colors is used to print these dates, according to the rules of the health department of the importing countries.

The eggs are cleaned to remove any dirt, bacteria, etc., which is visible on the egg. The cleaning is done with hydrogen per oxide, approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, India.
