Ball Bearing: Load wheel is mounted on two ball bearings for smooth operation. Gears: All gears are accurately machine cut from special Alloy Steel and casehardened. Hooks: Steel forged – designed to withstand – shock loads and free swiveling. Brake: Screw and friction Disc type self actuating load pressure brake ensures safety. Load Chain: Mild Steel and alloy Steel (Grade 30 & Grade 80) as per customer requirement. Each link chain is tested to twice the safe working load. Hand Chain Wheel: The Hand Chain Wheel made from pressed sheet steel and spot welded. Test: Blocks confirm tested to 50% overload and accompanied by a certificate.
