In the steel and foundry industries Oxy-assisted melting in EAF is widely applied using steel tubes for injecting oxygen into the furnace. This causes the tubes to melt at tip at a very fast rate. The ceramic coated pipes offered by us tackle this problem as it helps reduce this consumption greatly. The various advantages of these pipes are:

Longer lancing time without interruption.
More effective use of the unburnt gasses leaving the furnace.

We offer these pipes in normal length of 5.5 meters (18 feet) from ½" to 1 ½" nominal bore.
