No. 542 000 100 µm mesh size yellow Cell sieves could be used for fast and safe filtration of cell suspensions such as from tissue dissociation for flow cytometry. Our EASYstrainer™ fits all standard 50 ml tubes. A circumferential mantle surface and an additional handle can be used to grip the device firmly without getting in contact with the wetted filter material. Moreover, the single blister pack allows for convenient and aseptic removal of the strainer. A venting slot between tube and filter guarantees air leaving the tube readily while filtrated solution flows through the mesh. Liquid trapping between tube and filter as well as overspill of cell suspension are things of the past.
