We provide hi speed fully-automatic carton folding & gluing machine. The features of this machine are as follows:-
Electromagnetic clutch system enables the feeder unit to stop while machine is in operation.
Main gauge with belt pressing device and pile vibrator for reliable blank feeding.
Photoelectric counter batcher with kicker for hourly production calculation.
Gumming units- one for bottom of A & B type cartons and second for the top enable gumming of cartons at three points at a time, even during machine operation.
Non-stretching fold belts for jerk-free running that conserves all rotating guides
In pre-folding unit, the creasing line 1 and 3 of the blank are pre-folded by 180° and lay flat again. This operation is useful for easy opening of the folded box.
The glue disc applies glue on the strip from underneath.
