For smaller institutions, the developement authorities have earmarked an institutional zone inside the city limit only. Like in Gurgaon, there are sectors like Sector 32, Sector 44 are particularly meant for institutions and even a corporate can open offices by obtaining a completion certificate from the concerned authority other than opening up a particual small instititute. Besides all the pre approved institutional plots, the state town and country planning department earmarks institutional zones inside the city master plan limit, wherein any institution can be set up or established with the prior licensing permission of the concerned authority and same can be put for any kind of transaction like sell, purchase or lease after getting the land use changed from agriculture to the particuar type of institution and subsequent licensing.
