Each zone consists of necessary hot wind circulation system consisting of a combustion zone comprising of burner, circulating fan, turbulence fan, and the associated duct work leads the banks of radiator tubes. The machine is fueled with gas (LPG or natural gas) or Oil (Diesel / Furnace Oil), these are fired with burners which provides quick heating, high efficiency and energy saving. The oven is divided into autonomous heat control zones whose number depends upon the overall length of the oven. The top and bottom temperature of each zone is preset and accustomed to reach heating demand of baking different bread. The color, scent and taste of breads are improved to a higher degree.
