Bogie Type Furnace

The Bogie Type Furnace manufactured by us offers quenching, annealing, ageing and other heat treatment services for chromium-rich material, manganese-rich steel cast iron resistance. Its construction is similar to common bogie resistance furnace. The structure of furnace is portable bogie on the bottom. Before heating, charging the bogie outside the furnace, the heating pieces put on the special iron, then the bogie will be pulled into the furnace by tractor, then will be pulled out for unloading, the heating work piece will be lift by the crane onto the metal forming equipment for processing.

Technical Specifications

• High temperature series (furnace temperature 0-1200 ℃),bogie type furnace (5 tons - 100 tons) is suitable for high alloy steel for high temperature normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering and roll

• Middle temperature series (furnace temperature 0 -950℃), bogie type furnace (5 tons - 100 tons) used in general metal parts for normalizing, annealing in the air

• Low temperature series (furnace temperature 0 -750℃), bogie type furnace(5 tons - 200 tons) apply to steel parts tempering, low temperature annealing and cores drying.
