Bogie hearth furnaces are used in applications like pre heating, hardening, tempering, annealing & normailizing of heavy components or bulk of components. these furnaces are having capacity upto 500 to 7.5 tons per kg (as per the requirement of the customer). these furnaces can go upto 1200°c.
the vertical bottom loading insulating door is provided in the furnace so as to facilitate the charging & discharing of material.the bogie can be loaded & unloaded manually & automatic & the furnace will be fully temperature controlled as required.
