But due to modern intensive farming practices, which include hybrids and high-yielding crop varieties that are highly sensitive to fertilizers, results in the elimination of these highly essential vegetable growth nutrients from the soil in larger proportions. Normally, these nutrients are provided in the form of salts of chemicals defined as fertilizers. These chemical fertilizers are often harmful to beneficial soil microbes that are known to play an essential role in maintaining soil health and some facilitate the intake of these nutrients needed by plants.
