  6. The Energy conservation is achieved by using thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket on surface increasing the overall outer diameter by 2" (minimum length required is 4")

  7. Power consumption upto 30% because of low thermal conductivity of the ceramic fib

  8. The external surface temperature of the insulation plus band heaters are approximately 800C while running the inside surface temperature at 3000C. These are: Ceramic Band "Insulation Plus", Ceramic Band "Insulation Plus with Heat Sink, Mica Band "Insulation Plus" and Ceramic fibre Jackets

 

 

Nozzle Heaters

 

 

We offer a wide range of Nozzle Heaters, which is developed after extensive market research. A large series of cases causing an early failure, most of them occur due to plastic leakage impregnating the heater and causing a range of effects as:

 

 

  • Carbonization of material near electrical connection which causes short circuit

  • Penetration of material into the heater will lead to carbonizing it

  • It causes the loss of insulation due to perforation of the element

  • Damage to the structure of the element using tools for making the attempt of removing heater covered by plastic material

  • Tearing of the feeding cables, which can arise both making the above action and careless during installation of the molds
