Foreign Trade Restricted Import- Export for Authorization of any items which are restricted in the policy can be Imported/Exported with an authorization issued for the purpose. Applications have to be submitted to local joint DGFT office & copies to DGFT head quarters. A community designed for the purpose shall take an appropriate decision which will be communicated to the joint DGFT office & the party.
