We are provide the Automatic Route. In their effort to simplify the procedural bottle necks and bureaucratic delays the Government of India is allowing, starting of the business by Foreign Companies without any permissions and approvals from the Government, with rights to repatriate their profits and other funds. Government of India from time to time issues notifications notifying the sectors / activities where 100% Foreign Direct Investment is allowed as per the FDI Policy of Government of India. If any foreign company wants to start business in one of these notified sectors as specifies by the Government them to the extent permitted, the venture does not require any prior approval either of the Government of India or the Reserve Bank of India.
