The JVS J-WATCH microprocessor-based annunciator is modern in design. The depth and height of the unit are uniform for the entire range of annunciators with 4 to 24 windows. JAV 014 provides programmable trigger / no-trip selection and NO / NC for each window via DIP switches. Trigger / non-trip selection can be performed using the front DIP switches. The NO / NC selection can be made by the rear DIP switches. A set of built-in pushbuttons for test, silence, acceptance and reset functions is provided in front of the unit. The terminals are also intended to connect external pushbuttons for remote operation as needed. The windows are lit by super bright red LEDs. Yellow, amber, green or blue LEDs with color filters can also be provided upon specific request. An RS485 communicating port with data acquisition and control software can be provided as an option. A power failure of the annunciator DC power can be displayed in the window designated by "DC fail annunciation" as a feature. A separate DC detection board with a mounting arrangement is provided which can be housed inside the control panel.
