• Fly Ash Collector : Wet Dust Collector, which effectively arrest 97  99% of particles and bring down the final exhaust emission level not exceeding 100 mg / Nm
• Sugar Dust Collection System : System will collect about 120 to 150 kg. of sugar dust per
• 1000 bags per day. Payback period is less then one season
• Bagacillo Separator : Use of Hydrocyclones to remove Bagacillo has proved to remove 100% grit and 50  70% fine Bagacillo. No maintenance due to no moving parts.
