Akaylose acts as a thickener, binder, stabilizers, protective colloid, suspending agent, rheology or flow control agent.
When added to adhesive a synergistic effect on viscosity is observed.
It also helps to reduce porosity, improves gloss, sizing and mechanical strength.
It is easily soluble in water and gives almost colorless viscous liquid.
