We are engaged in offering high quality ABS-Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene, which is used to manufacture light and rigid molded products in multitude of industries such as musical instruments, automotive body parts, kitchen appliances, toys and many more. Derived mainly from carbon monoxide, ammonia and caprolactam, it should be dried before processing to maximum moisture content of 0.2% with drying temperature ranging between 80 to 110 C.

Specifications:

Injection Molding:

    Melt temperature of 210-270 C is recommended
    Mold temperature of 40-70 C is recommended

Extrusion:

    Extrusion temperature : from 210 to 240 C
    L/D ratio of 25-30 recommended
