Our 3 roll plate bending machine is based on latest technology and offers high working capacity that depends on plate tensile strength of 45 Kg/mm2. Our machine is a steel welded construction with a combination of electro mechanical drive with oil cooled gearbox & hydraulic power pack. The whole construction process is done on the basis of latest technology. Some of the salient attributes of our machine is as follows :

Both edges pre-bending/pre-pinching & Rolling in minimum time
Adequate overload protection with relays and limit switches
Centralized push button control panel with interlocked circuits
Electromagnetic brake system for accurate Edge positioning
Top roll positive drive, is required for thin plates, at additional cost
Heavy & Rigid steel construction.
