As seen we manufacture lathe machines upto 30 feet length having 24 " centre with 28" bed width . This perticular machine is devolped to machine dia. 960 x 1200 mm long cylinder liners with 40 hp capacity motor with as low as 5 rpm to 275 rpm spindle speeds in 18 steps.
Independent chucks on both sides (40" & 18") are provided to clamp 5000 kg job between chucks. A live spindle is fitted on to the tailstock to facilitate another chuck and same can be used as regular tail stock sleeve with MT 6 taper and can be used for boring as tailstock is also linked to feed mechanism via lead screw or can be pushed by main slide as it house clamping plate along with GIBS to facilitate feed movement.
Above machine is also made in 48" centre height with 52" bed width and having 12' bed length to machine diameters upto 96" with job widths upto 12"( width limited as only 80" will clear saddle of the machine to machine job diameter).
