Available with us is a wide range of pipe, sleeve, tubing and profile plants for PVC, PVC, HDPE, PP, PP-R (with or without jocky extruder). These products are available in various sizes as per the requirements of our customers. Further, the plant comprises the following parts:
Extruder
Jocky extruder (optional) with sliding attachment
Temperature control panel
AC variable drive
Caterpillar
Panel for cutter & water pump
Pipe cutter ( manual or fully auto with tilter & stacker)
We manufacture these products with high grade raw material like nitride steel (en-41b) that is used for fabricating the screw & barrel of the extruder. Die is made using alloy steel and hardened or hard chrome plated steel. The screw and barrel possess a perfectly finished inner surface that is hardened by gas / plasma nitride process.
