As the name suggests, this tea looks like black pearls. This tea gets it characteristic look due to the fact that the right amount of wither is given to the green leaf, wherein when manufactured, the individual leaves curl up together in the shape of pearls. It is ideal to infuse this tea for 5 minutes which in general is a minute or so more than the other teas on offer as the Pearls take longer to unfurl.

Brewing Directions:

• Use boiling water with first boil being preferable.
• Rinse and warm up the teapot.
• Use one level teaspoon of Black Pearls per serving.
• Ideal brewing time is 5 minutes.
