Our Company which is fastener manufacturing Unit Started in the year 1979. The same unit was at Surendranagar –Gujarat from 1979 to 1998. Since 1998 to yet till 2012, it is at Vasai - Dist Thane. Our main Proprietor of the company is  Mr. Nikhilesh Jaswantlal Vora, aged 61 & experience in the same field 44yrs.  And has vast knowledge of marketing. As assisting him as GM Position in the company.

Mr. Jayen Nikhilesh Vora, aged 32 & experience in the same field 13yrs and his qualification is B.Com, Diploma in Business Management and MBA In Marketing from NMIMS, MUMBAI. And he is looking after Production, Planning, Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Quality Control and Believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction.

We have almost all the toolings required to manufacture fasteners is made In-House. We have been doing Work with Govt., Semi-Govt., Private Ltd. Companies and Large Scale Industries, Exporters and Dealers all over India.

We believe in giving Quality and Trustworthy Work to our customers. The Firm is engaged in following Things:

•     The Firm is engaged in the manufacturing of a Wide range of Screws, Nuts, Bolts and Special fasteners.
•     The Product Range Comprises Socket Set Screw, Socket Head Cap Screw, Slotted Grub Screws, Steel Plugs, Ball Screws/Plungers, Shallow Head Allen Cap, Hex bolt , Nut And Metal Washers.
•     The diameter of the screw range from 3mm to 30 mm while the length ranges 3mm to 150mm.
•     The Firm has manufacturing Capacity of about 12,000 Screws on daily Basis and Utilization level is about 80 Percent.
•     The Primary Raw material Used in the process includes alloy steel round Bars which are sourced from the local Market.
•     The manufacturing process involves cutting, sizing, threading, Punching, Special Punching, Heat treatment & tempering and Finally Blackodised.
•     The Products have Wide application in various industries such as engineering, instrumentation, process industries, textile machinery, Sugar industries, Windmill Manufacturer and Bearing manufacturer.
•     Operations are executed in one shift of Twelve Hours.
