The comprehensive range of Coil Heater for Hot Runner Moulds offered by us is based on advanced concept of thermal engineering. The construction of the heater is similar to high watt density cartridge heaters and is also known as high performance tubular heaters or cable heaters. These heaters are generally constructed using compacted MgO, high temperature resistance wire and stainless steel tube. Further, these heaters can also be constructed with or without built in thermocouples. These are generally installed where space available for heating is limited and finds application on hot runner nozzles, and manifolds, die cast nozzles, and packaging machines.
