Possessing a curved tooth, our Wedge Belts is a product that is used widely for mechanical power transmission. It is well known for features like mechanical flexibility and return of angular, parallel & axial misalignments. This type of coupling comprises two parts having curved/crowned external teeth as well as two outer sleeves lined with internal spur teeth. The optimally designed tooth profile of the coupling provides maximum area of contact between external and internal teeth even in misaligned conditions, thus assuring better flexibility.

At the end of the coupling hubs, special ‘O’ rings are placed with the objective of eliminating lubricant leaks as well as entry of dust inside the coupling. We make use of only premium grade steel while developing this product, so that each unit delivers excellent performance and possesses long service lives. It finds application in rolling mills, cranes, cement plants, dredgers, conveyors and elevators, rubber & plastic industries, compressors, fans and blowers.
