The system shall be implemented as an integrated, open solution, which enables Service Center connectivity through standard Building Operating System (BOS) interface.The integrated systems shall include controls and monitoring of the whole building(BMS and Security).The BMS designed to control , monitor and optimization of various functions and services provided in a building which includes heating ,cooling , ventilation ,lightining and often the management of electrical appliances.It makes the environment more confortable , safe and effecient by integrating systems .

IBMS includes the following subsystem,

• BMS/Building Automation

(cooling / heating / control, Ventilation control, pumps, etc.)

• Consumption measurement of water , electricity and cooling (heating) energy,

• Fire detection system,lightining system

• Security system

• Public address system
