Inergen gas is a mixture of nitrogen, androgen and carbon dioxide. Inergen is an effective and clean fire extinguishing gas, which is safe for humans and the equipments in the protected area. It provides long term solution at reasonable cost. The system consists of cylinders, nozzles, valves and the intelligent panel and detectors. The gas in the cylinders is released only after the successive detection at least by two sensors provided in the protected space. The quantity of inergen stored is predetermined depending on the volume of the rooms so that specified concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide are reached and maintained for a suitable period.
