Our Polypropylene Films are manufactured using the ‘stenter’ method or bubble method which gives our PP films a nice finish making them more soft and flexible than polyester. The films are coated with silicone, adhesives, premask, and corona, and finally they undergo print treatments, for labels, printing, and protective purposes.

The advantages of PP films are:

high tensile strength that facilitates high-speed conversion

glossy finish and more clarity

puncture and flex-crack resistance over a wide range of temperatures

form a good barrier for steam and condensed water vapors

oil and grease resistance

not affected by moisture and do not wrinkle or shrink with environmental changes.
