Our Compact Band Filter is designed for coolant filtration of fluids. The filter paper is held between a pair of sealing discs and a permeable support belt. The fluid when passed through the filter paper leaves the dirt on it, which receives finer filtration. Its mounted on the tank and lets the filtered fluid in the tank. When the filter paper chokes, the fluid level above the filter paper rises. This activates a level switch, starting a drive coupled with the rollers, supporting the permeable support belt. This ejects part of the dirty filter paper & dirt to the bin, further pulling in clean filter paper from the roll. This is highly beneficial in the filtration of coolants in grinding, honing, gun drilling & component washing applications.

This requires lesser area for same fluid flow.
