We have a specially designed Centralized Up Flow Filter to be used in individual machines or can be used as a centralized plant. It has a mesh drum, fluid with chips drops in its cavity. It moves in the drum trough fine mesh, by gravity, leaving the chips on the mesh. A scraper conveyor, wrapping the mesh drum & scraping the outside cavity, carries the chips to a bin. On the way the fluid drips back to the tank. The conveyor movement also rotates the mesh drum. This can be efficiently used in Aluminum chip handling, washing fluid filtration, etc. 

Salient Features of Centralized Up Flow Filter:

Seal is away from sedimented chips. No possibilities of seal getting damaged by chips.

Seal is of lesser diameter than conventional filter drum. It is possible to machine this seal & maintain correct dimensions.

Seal is flushed with clean fluid. This means the seal is more

reliable to arrest fine particles.

It is possible to pull the mesh-drum out of the system for maintenance.
