It is not affected by the volatility of the mint market due to its synthetic route. 

 

It has a cleaner note than Natural Menthone and is organoleptically better, it has been approved by leading F&F and will act as perfect substitute to Natural Menthone in near future. 

 

Optical Rotation of the product is 0 and some of the isomers is above 99.5% (menthone & isomenthone) which is guaranteed, generally sum of isomers is close to 99.8 and 99.9% making it a highly pure component and F&F ingredient compared to Natural Menthone.
