We design and develop a very efficient range of Conveyorised Oven which is suitable for various processing operations. Air re-circulation flow can also be delivered from top-down, bottom-up or from both sides as per the alignment of articles and the surface to be processes. Further, our range include spiral weave, slat, S.S, raised ribs, fire stone rubber, P.U, Teflon, etc. Our conveyor oven is primarily used for creating items like locks/handles/fancy brass or S.S. components which needed to be dried. Infrared heaters are used to dry the components which are continuously moving inside the oven through conveyor. Jigs are placed over conveyor and passed through length of oven where heating is done in air circulating environment. IR Bakes lacques from inside out to improve quality & reduces baking time. Our range is cost effective and highly efficient.
