Powder Coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to virtually any type of metal that can be used both by industry and consumers. The powder used in the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is electrostatic ally sprayed onto the surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until the powder is heated and fused into a smooth coating in the curing oven. Based on the customer need we will provide the colors based on RAL no or customer standard. We will do the internal quality monitoring which ensures the quality of both solution, coatings and curing. We carrying out the standard testing procedure to ensure the quality by salt spray, scratch test , bend test and dry film thickness test
