We are located in Karur, South India where people are traditionally involved in Textiles business.We are into Home Textile Business for so many years now. our parent company , Gemini Fabrics ,has been serving for three decades!We have worked on numerous client projects, with lot of innovative products. Dyeing 

We source the best quality raw material from reliable suppliers who are taking care of the environment as well as Social Accountability and complying with international regulations is issued for processing.Qualified Processing sub-contractors those who meet our Customer’s Quality requirements only are engaged in our production. Depending on the usage of our products, our goods are processed with best quality chemicals which are non-hazardous and pass International processing standards like Azo-Free, Oeko Tex 100 and REACH regulations.

Weaving 

Best quality materials processed with International standard chemicals are fabricated by our expert Handloom weavers.Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic weaving machine operators in various designs like plain, Twill, Herring Bone, Satin, Dobby designs and Jacquard Damask designs are finally presenting wonderful products with “modern designs and internationally updated color combinations”.

Printing & Embroidery 

The high quality raw materials are issued to certified Printing units who are taking care of their outside and working environment effectively. The best quality printing chemicals are used in the fully advanced technology printing machines which enable us to supply flawless designs to our valued Customers.Various printing designs like hand printing , silk screen printing, All over Pigment printing, All over Reactive printing, Panel printing, Fully computerised Logo printing, Flat bed printing are being supplied to our valued Customers across the Globe. Modern and natural designs in wide range are being embroidered with Automatic Embroidery machines as well as hand embroidery designs are also produced according to our valued Customer’s requirements.

Stiching 

The goods are completely produced according to International Quality Standards are being processed in our well established in-built stitching unit according to customer specifications by our skilled cutting masters and issued for sewing.Our experienced sewing machine operators finally stitch the products according to customer’s patterns and specifications.
