The Spindle Oil / Coolant is circulated through the cooling circuits in the spindle head. Spindle Oil Cooler utilizes a Brazed Plate heat exchanger to transfer the heat removed from the spindle head with Oil / Coolant that is circulated in the refrigerant to maintain the temperature of the spindle head. The differential temperature controller utilized by us maintains the oil /coolant at a constant temperature with the ambient temperature to avoid the vast difference in the temperature of the spindle and ambient.
