Propel Vertical shaft Impactor is an improved version of "Rock on Rock" configuration, a way ahead of all conventional types available in the market. The VSI is developed at propel's R&D department with various inputs available from aggregate producers all over the world.

The high velocity impact crusher in Propel VSI enhances the shape of the Aggergate / Stone, reduces the product moisture, resulting in superior shaped products at lower operating cost.

Propel VSI is suitable for all types of materials, waste and recycling applications. This is achieved through unique combination of speed and crushing action.

Propel VSI uses cascade system, to direct a stream of material in controlled manner, to the crushing chamber.

This results in the particle collide within the crushing chamber, thereby improving the collision between the particles. This feature also enables the customer to utilize the optimum power for crushing, thereby reduces the operating cost. This also enhances the efficiency, throughput and shape of the material.

Production of Superior Aggregate

Due to better shaping, the voids are taken care in the less consumption of cement. Propel VSI produces shaping confirming to Ministry of Surface Transport (MORTH) standards.

Production of Quality Sand

Enhanced particle shape and constant gradation are a direct result of Rock - on – Rock configuration of propels VSI. Crusher Impact combined with speed gives the unique shape resulting in production of high quality manufactured sand confirming to C 144 standards.
