Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Wet Scrubbers, which is known as air pollution control devices that use a high-energy liquid spray to remove aerosol and gaseous pollutants from an air stream. These types of gaseous pollutants are removed either by absorption or chemical reaction. Rather than just removing fume and gas abatement, these scrubbers may also be used for process air cleansing and dust collection. Moreover, to provide effective gaseous pollutants removing experience, Dry Scrubbers are also available, which are more costly than slurry method scrubbers. Our range of scrubbers includes Air Scrubbers, Wet Scrubbers and Gas Scrubbers, which are commonly used to control emissions of sulfur into the atmosphere. These types of scrubbers are highly demanded by those involved with electric power generation through combustion of coal. The emitted gases from the combustion process are further passed through tanks containing a lime substance (often limestone slurry) that can capture and neutralize the sulfur dioxide. Furthermore, the range of Air Scrubbers, Wet Scrubbers and Gas Scrubbers offered by us is differentiated by the manner it removes gases and particulates from air; either wet or dry. Wet Scrubbers can easily wash dust and particles out of the air. This is done by forcing the exhaust air into a spray chamber, where fine water particles cause the dust to drop from the air stream. After this, the dust-laden water is treated to remove the solid material and is often re-circulated. Whereas, the Dry Scrubbers are used to treat acid gases only. The pollutant of acid gases is collected in a solid or liquid material, which is injected into the gas stream. Basically, these scrubbers produce a dry product, which is collected downstream from this control device. In order to reduce emissions, many Air Scrubbers, Wet Scrubbers and Gas Scrubbers are available with per-filters or final filters. The Pre-filters, which are used reduce emissions are installed upstream of the scrubber intended to catch larger particles. While the scrubber can also remove these larger particulates as well, the removal of per-filters allows the scrubber to focus more keenly and effectively on smaller particulates. Then, a final filter is installed downstream of the scrubber and is intended to catch particles that were not removed during the scrubbing process
