These industrial axial flow fans are manufactured using premium grades of mild steel and aluminum. We are engaged in manufacturing high performance axial flow fans that are made of premium quality aluminum and mild steel. These fans assist in keeping the temperature at required level in different working atmospheres, in an efficient manner. These fans are suitable for heat and mass transfer operations in various industrial equipment and processes which include cooling towers for air-conditioning and ventilation, humidifiers in textile mills, air heat exchangers for various chemical processes, ventilation & exhaust as in mining industry, power generation, petroleum refining & petrochemicals, cement, pharmaceuticals, fertilizer production and hotels. These fans are widely appreciated for their longer functionality, less power consumption, lesser and cost of maintenance. Axial flow fans use a propeller to create a flow of air in the direction of the axis of rotation. Because they create a large airflow, axial flow fans are optimal for a wide variety of cooling and other airflow needs.

“ AERO-COMBUST” Axial flow fans have been designed to cater for the needs of Industries, Mines, Tea Gardens etc.

Basic Parameters and General Features Of Construction The cased type fans consist of two main components namely:

1.Casing made of fabricated M.S Plates2.Impeller assembly consisting of hub and Aero-foil blades having variable pitch angle adjustment. The blades are either made of Die-Cast and Sand-cast aluminium alloys or of fabricated M.S.Plates having adequate aero-foil section to provide proper “Lift” with minimum drag aimed at generating higher static pressure.

Fan Characteristics:

The fans are of non-overloading type with capacity for producing reversal of air flow upto 60% to 70% of the rated performance figures. Special Attachment and accessories: Inlet and outlet guide vanes, Bell-mouth inlets, Dampers, Silencers, anti-vibration mountings etc. can be provided with the fan to suit the requirement of customers. Mine Booster fans having flame proff driving motors can also be supplied.
