The machine is designed for simple operation operator has to load the cylinder on inlet conveyor. And cylinder get blast clean as it passes through blasting chamber on especially casted skew roll made of high abrasive resistance material.
Polluted air with scale in blast cabinet is completely removed by the dust collector unit the system is complemented by efficient abrasive air wash system and dust collector which keeps the machine operation completely dust free.
