Fruits move on food grade rollers. A number of fine pressurized water jets wash the tumbling and rolling fruits. Fruits also pass over the rollers with bristles for easy cleaning. At the outlet point the washed and cleaned fruits pass through sponging rollers made of high absorbent sponge. A squeezing roller under each sponging roller squeezes out the water and keeps the sponge rollers dry. All contact parts are made up of stainless steel/food grade materials.
