We offer a comprehensive variety of Pneumatic Press that is an ideal carrier preparatory machine. Subject to client requirements, it can be altered to prepare either cheese or top carriers for dyeing. The machine offers better loading capacity for a carrier than manual pressing. The pneumatic press provides 1 to 2 tonne pressing force. Yarn cheeses coiled on compressible cores (dye springs/ plastic tubes) are forced to form an essential column having unbroken density, which is a requirement for uniform dyeing. Sliver tops / bumps are slipped off from their core tube to form a uniform pressed column.
