Mr. Dayanand has completed at least 30 Oil Extraction Plants and Refinery in India as well as abroad and an active consultant to around 50 Refineries and Oil Extraction Plants in this country. He has long experience of over 40 years in the line of activity. Besides, he is a specialist in setting up new Oil extraction Plants & Refinery and has also undertaken project work in Indonesia, Iran, and Africa.

Mr. Devanand, in association with Mr. C.N. Mohanan who is the financial head of the company acquired sound technical knowledge and trading experience for more than 25 years in various machineries, spares, stainless steel and Mild Steel pipes etc. related to all sector of Engineering industry.

The above two persons are the promoters and directors of the above company, who have combined their technical, consultancy and marketing experience in the above fields. The third director of this company is a young entrepreneur, Mr. Devanand D. Malathu, a chemical engineer by qualification who has about 2 years experience in Ion exchange and has been associated with Mr. Dayanand in erection and commissioning jobs for various Extraction plants and refinery since 1996.  The other young and dynamic director is Mr. Anand D. Malathu who is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and was the project in charge of Sherkate Kesht Va Senate Gol Bahar Tehran Iran completed in 2006 since then he is actively looking after the Production of the company.
