The mould is fixed on the arms of Biaxial Machine and an encoded amount of plastic, in liquid or dust form is also deposited in one half of a mould. After that, the mould is closed and the arm progress to oven and the mould is further rotated biaxial within the oven. Then the plastic starts melting and forms a coating over the surface of mould. The arm is separated from the oven and become cool. Then the mould is again opened and the unfilled part is also removed.
