We offer a high quality range of antidusting agent ("De dusting BM") that is widely used as a dedusting agent for a variety of dyestuff except oil soluble dye. This product removes the problem of dusting that is faced during blending & pulverizing. 

Antidusting agent is mixed with the dyestuff during the grinding & blending process in the proportion of 0.5% to 1%. This proportion would vary depending on the size of the particle, density and fitness of degree of free flow desired. After the concentrated dye and diluents have been mixed together, the desired quantity of antidusting agent is sprayed for an hour and mixing is continued for further 1 to 2 hours. This ensures that there is no dusting during grinding and the manufacturing atmosphere is free of dyestuff contamination.
