The company’s founding directors were responsible for the invention and development of a coconut meat extraction machine. This unfortunately is by-passed as the cost of transport is ten times more expensive than that of fresh coconut kernel. VVCOL buys organically certified fresh coconut kernel (Australian CERTIFIED ORGANIC) that has been scooped out of the shell during the day and processed into Extra Virgin Coconut Oil that night. Our tuck picks the fresh kernel up and takes to the Organically Certified (BioGro New Zealand) VCO oil mill.
