Our longer stator motors lowers the magnetic density and increases the cooling capacity. Therefore, magnetic and load losses are reduced, the modified design of stator slot helps to decrease magnetic losses and makes room for the larger wire diameter. Reduces the power required to drive the fan. Thinner steel sheets reduce eddy current losses. More copper wire of larger diameter in the stator saves energy by reducing the resistance of the stator winding. The lower grade steel core reduces hysteresis power losses.
