We offer Clip-In Tiles. These tiles are available in plain and perforated types.

Base Material Options:

    Sonex Tile type false ceiling is available in both, aluminum as well as steel

Paint Coating Options:

    Sonex Tile type false ceiling comes to you in a host of color shades. It is available in Epoxy Powder Coating & Coil with excellent surface finish.

Perforation Option:

    Sonex Clip-in Tiles false ceiling are available without or with perforation, 2.5 mm dia, holes at 5 mm c/c in a regular pattern.

Technical Specifications

Sonex 600x600/300x300 Clip-in Tile false ceiling system made of 0.5 mm thick G.I. Steel/0.7 m thick Aluminum sheet, Coil Coated/ Powder coated with approved shade, with 20/50 micron respectively on the front side The size of 0.5 mm thick beveled edge tile shall be 600 mm x 600 mm (with or without perforation for 2.5 mm dia)

The Tiles are fixed to primary suspension system made from 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel runner placed at 600 mm c/c. These primary suspensions fixed to hold on clamp with suspension clip placed at 1200 mm c/c. The hold on-clamp with suspension clip  is fixed to RCC ceiling by means of rod hanger from 4 mm dia.

M.S. Galvanized steel rod fixed with raw plug & screws or dash fasteners. At the edge or periphery of walls tiles rest on L profile of 25mm x 25 mm made up of 0.5 mm thick steel with punched out tongues including making openings for lights. A.C diffusers and A.C. Chutes etc. as per the manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
