We offer 84-R Interior/Exterior Ceiling Systems.

Finished:

    Coil coated: Panels will be finished on exposed side with 20 microns polyester coil coating over primer and on rear side with a wash coat

    Powder Coated: Panels will be finished on exposed side with 50 microns epoxy polyester powder paint.

Technical Specifications


    Panel: 84 mm wide x 16 mm deep, made out or 0.50 mm aluminum alloy IS-3100/AA3105 with power coated finish / 0.50 aluminum alloy AA3005/3105/5050 with stove enameled coil coated finish / 0.50 galvanized steel with stove enameled coil coated finish.

    Panel Carriers: 32mm wide, 39mm deep, made out of 0.95 mm aluminum alloy AA5052/0.6 mm galvanized steel, with prongs to hold the panels in a module of 90 mm/100 mm (gap 6/16 mm, open). Optional gap closure with recessed or flush profile for 16mm gap.

    Flush Profile: Made of enameled aluminum, for 100 mm module (16 mm gap).

    Suspension: By mean of suspension rods and spring clips. One suspension for every 1.5 to 2 sq. m.
